Updates to Policy

Returning Merchandise:
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, returns or exchanges can be made within 21 days. Returned products must be in new, unused, unworn condition and the original invoice and packing materials.
Returning Merchandise Procedure:
Call Customer Service to obtain return authorization number on all returns. Include a copy of the original invoice that refers to the item(s) being returned. State the reason for the return and the return authorization number on the invoice If the merchandise is being returned due to shipping damage, please contact the carrier to place an insurance claim before contacting Radiant Gems. Merchandise being returned is at the expense of the customer and must be insured for an amount equal to the original shipping insurance amount. We do not accept merchandise if the shipping is not duly paid by the sender.
For your protection, please send all returns via insured mail or courier.
Returned merchandise or services that will NOT be credited:
If a ring has been sized, the normal labor charge for ring sizing will not be credited. If an item has been modified, custom made or special ordered. Invisible settings, which are ordered by the customer in the wrong size, may not be returned.
Shipping Error / Wrong Order
We will give a full refund to any item(s) that were wrongly shipped due to our error; we will also pay for return shipping costs.
Printed Prices and Jewelry:
We Strive to keep our website most accurate with prices, however we do not guarantee the prices due to typographical errors and we would inform you if there has been an error.
All prices displayed on this site are quoted in US currency. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to insure the accuracy and clarity of all information. We apologize for any errors, omissions and price changes required due to significant cost fluctuations. Printed prices are subject to change without notice. Diamond and colored gemstones total carat weight (twcw.) may vary slightly. Gold gram weight may vary slightly. Other information is available upon request.
No assurance is made to physical reaction to jewelry. Precious or Semi Precious metals may not be nickel free.

Every effort is made to control the quality of each photograph and to minimize the color variation which naturally occurs with lighting and camera position variations. Due to the nature of individual monitor settings, some variation may occur between the image seen on the monitor and the actual piece. Radiant Gems cannot be held responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate. The site is best viewed with Internet Explorer or Netscape.
Product availability
Radiant Gems chooses distinctive, exclusive and sometimes one-of-a-kind merchandise. Please understand that many of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, their stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the web site again. Also, some merchandise featured on the web site may not be available for purchase at our stores.

Watches:
All Watches sold have a limited warranty from the original manufacturer and not by Radiant Gems, and as such repairs and service should be directed to the manufacturer with the warranty card provided.
