1: How do I use Radiant-Gems.com site? Top

Radiant-Gems.com, Your St. Maarten Diamond & Jewelry Store Online. Please feel free to explore our online jewelry store to find 
and purchase fine diamond jewelry, watches and loose diamonds. You can click on any jewelry category to get to your selection of 
jewelry items or enter any keywords into the Jewelry Search box on the left pane to select jewelry items. For Example: enter 
'diamond bracelets', 'diamond rings' or 'diamond stud earrings' and click 'GO' to get results. The Buyer's Guide & Glossary section is for 
education and information on Gems and Jewelry. Click on 'Buyer's Guide' to explore our library. You can also email a product description

2: How do I shop? Top
Please use the Add to Cart to store items that you wish to purchase. You can add or remove items in your personal Shopping Cart at any 
time. Selections can also be added to your Wish List for as many days as you like. You can compare several selected items at a time 
or you may simply keep items there for future jewelry purchase (with the exception of loose diamonds).

No, St. Maarten is a duty free port; we do not charge any taxes here.
4: Where is St. Maarten? Top
St. Maarten / St. Martin (37 Sq miles) is located in the North Eastern Caribbean (coordinates 18N, 63W),   
approximately 200 miles to the east of Puerto Rico. A unique island governed by two countries, the Dutch & the French. 
The main towns are Philipsburg (Dutch side) and Marigot (French side). The island has approximately a total resident population 
above 71,000, divided evenly between each half. In addition there is an average of 1,000,000 via Cruise Ships & 740,000 via 
Air tourist visitors per year Radiant Gems is located in Philipsburg (Dutch Side)

There are no import or export taxes & thanks to the gigantic number of Jewelers in St. Maarten, the competition keeps the prices low.
6: Can I send a gift to a different address? Top
It is very easy to send a gift to an address different to yours. When you get to the check out, there is a place for you to fill out a 
different shipping address.  For the credit card holder's security, orders with different shipping and billing addresses will require 
extra processing time and may delay your order.
7: Does Radiant Gems have a layaway program? Top
By popular request we now have an interest free layaway program. Simply call our toll free number 1-(877)-258-9151 
between 10am and 6pm and speak to one of our trained staff members who will gladly assist you with your selection and 
answer any questions. If you prefer, you can e-mail us at Radiant@Radiant-Gems.com Once your selection is made and we 
receive first payment, it will be held until your final payment and then shipped promptly. Our layaway program is for 'in stock' items. 
Custom pieces and diamonds are excluded.
8: What happens if something needs to be returned? Top
We want you to be pleased with your Radiant Gems purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for a refund or 
an exchange within 21 days after your purchase has been shipped please read our Policies
9: Who do you use to ship? Top
We ship all our orders with FedEx / USPS / UPS because of their outstanding reliability and quality service. 
Shortly after your package has been dispatched, FedEx & USPS will issue tracking numbers via email for each order so you can 
follow the progress of the package as it travels to its destination.

Yes, The Minimum purchase amount has been set to USD 200, This is done to justify the shipping charges that will incur, however if you 
wish to buy a jewelry item which is less than USD 200, then please contact us and we will arrange it for you
14: Can I track my orders online? Top
Yes, after you place your order, log into your account and click 'order status', we will also keep you updated with the progress of your order
15: How long will it take for my Jewelry to arrive? Top
It all depends on what kind of shipping you chose while ordering; Orders placed before 12 noon are processed same day except 
Weekends & St. Maarten holidays. If you chose FedEx 2nd day then you can expect it on the 3rd day after the order is processed.
16: Why are the shipping charges higher than sites selling in the US and Canada? Top
You may pay a few dollars more on shipping while buying from St. Maarten but you will definitely save more than 
the shipping charges as the prices are so low and not to mention 'No Tax', however we understand that you may be on a budget, 
in that case we can arrange you a free shipping which may take upto 3 weeks, however that is our prerogative, 
please contact us for more details.
17: Can you send me a print catalog? Top
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a print catalog, but it is something we are looking into for the future.
